She’s always speaking – can you hear her?

We live in a really noisy world.

It’s noisy outside. It’s noisy inside.

We seek refuge from the static of it all.

We go to nature. We crave her. We enter her and feel her immediately. Surrounded. Spoken to. Soothed.

We get quiet with ourselves. We become still. Centred. Aligned. She speaks to us.

In setting this time aside we’re able to hear her… for she’s always speaking.

Through the leaves that rustle, through the bird that croak, through the waves that crash.

She speaks to us through gut instinct, through breaths taken – and released.

In our dreams.

In our moments of inspiration realised.

Through our guides we hear her.

Our guardian angels. The other spiritual beings assigned to help us. Our Power Animals.

Coming together in sacred circle – allows for all of the above.

It’s time set aside.

It’s time honoured.

It allows us to open, release and receive.

It simply strengthens our connection to our spirit, and life unfolds differently after.
