Manifest like a MoFo – Is coming to London. And it’s by donation too.

This is a shout out to all my London people, and all my non London people, who have their own London people. Got that? 

On July 25th I’ll be joining forces with the super dynamic, yogi star, Charly Rouzier. She’s French, she’s ballsy and most importantly loves Manifesting. In our 4 hour workshop we’ll be taking Londoners through Manifest like a MoFo. 

We’ll be covering all things manifesting + desire. Throw into the mix Kinesiology + Energy Balancing techniques, Meditation + 60 minutes of Restorative Yoga (suitable for all levels) and you’ve got yourself a very nice Saturday afternoon.
