Got the alone feels? Read this.

Of late I’ve had the privilege of getting to know new clients. Clients who are just starting. And I say this with not an ounce of condescending-ness .

Recently I was sharing a little bit of my story with a client, assuring her I not only understood how alone she felt, but it would pass. That she would learn and grow from it. That one day, she would see her current experience as her greatest gift.

I would like to acknowledge anyone reading this who is just starting. And by that I mean, starting to realise there’s a way of moving through life with soulful intention, where it feels so inherently right to not do surface shit anymore. Where your eyes scan and stop, ears prick up at the mention of Universe, Soul, Spirit.

Where synchroncities, numbers repeating, thoughts being made manifest – become apart of the norm. Or at least the frequency picks up.

Where a night out that includes spontaneous conversations about the Universe or Angels or just energy, leaves you feeling filled up, satisfied, wanting more. Where you start to feel dispirited when these conversations don’t fill your days.

Or you might be starting from a totally different vantage point. You might literally be peeling yourself off the floor, rock bottom as they say. You might have had your first panic attack. You might be feeling the feels of anxiety, reeling in its intensity. And from this place you start to insist, there must be a better way.

To all this I say, “Welcome”.

Know there will be times where you feel so alone. So confused. So misunderstood. You’ll say many times over, ignorance is bliss. Many. You’ll long for times when you didn’t think and feel about shit the way you do now.

And I’m not going to say it gets easier. It doesn’t. That’s not true, it does a little. But it gets so much more rewarding. The depth of connection with life, the depth of connection with yourself – it rivals nothing.

Words like magic and miracles and trust and faith – they start to mean something. And it’s exactly this that gives the alone vibes a whole new hue.

Wherever we’re at in our journey, whether we’re starting starting, or re-starting (cause let’s be honest, we’re always re-starting), where we’re at is where we’re at. Own it.

And in the meantime offer up thanks for all the people, circumstances, events, divinely orchestrated moments that have been so so shit and so so good that have made you the person you now are. Cause you’re perfect, whether you feel alone or crazy connected to everything.

All my love x

And if the alones are starting to get you, book in for a sesh. I know for me, being able to express this stuff in session in a way that is understood, guided, heard… it’s the ultimate nourishment. No word of a lie, when it’s my day for a session I wake like it’s Christmas morning. Every time. Hit reply.
