Angels. What a crock of…
I’m in Berlin at the moment.
Doing my first solo airbnb. It’s brilliant. The flat is exactly what you would want a Berlin flat to be – high ceilings, wooden floors, leafy green outlooks, funky décor to boot and a flatmate for the next two weeks who is soulfully kooky, creative and giving.
I had to wait a petite while to get into the flat as she had an ‘urgent’ last minute appointment. Which was fine. I found a funky, cosy cafe at the end of the road, had a beer and read.
When she arrived home she informed me that the ‘urgent’ appointment was in fact a session with a shaman. We were off. Not a second of quiet between us.
I was surging with manifesting love. Giving thanks to the angels.
As I left the flat to go visit a friend my new flatmate mentioned that the area, while safe, had the occasional break in, so to always lock up.
No problem.
I then mentioned to my friend the area I’m staying and she said ‘Oh yeah, loads of junkies, they hang out the front of apartments, in the stairwells, I’ve had my bag stolen a couple of times in that area.’
I became a little unnerved.
And so on the train back to my Berlin flat I started to panic. Got right in my head. Worse case scenario stuff.
And so I called on my angels. My guides. White lighted myself. Put a shield of energetic armour around me. Zipped up my central meridian!
And then I had a thought ‘Does this stuff even work?’. What am I doing? Calling on my angels!!?! Praying to St Anthony. If I’m going to get stabbed with a needle are my angels really going to help?’
Now this thought threw me, because I know, of course I know, my angels are always there. That I have a TEAM of energy peeps looking after me. In my heart of hearts I know this.
But, the doubt was there. And it was pretty strong.
As I walked out of the station to start the walk back to the flat I began to panic that I wouldn’t be able to get the key in the lock quick enough, that everything would be pitch black and worse case scenario I would have my phone stolen! I CAN’T EVEN BELEIVE THIS WAS A CONCERN, but it was. I considered putting it down my undies in case I was going to be mugged. (Read – considered).
And so of course, as I walked up to my building door a lovely, young, non junkie couple was walking in at exactly the same moment. All the lights in the stairwell came on automatically and there was no one waiting to stab me.
I immediately felt safe and had to laugh at myself.
Had I really doubted my guidance and support. Really?
And then today, as I’m typing away, giving love to the business, having the occasional glance at the tree tops and the occasional glance at my phone, it just so happens to be at 11:11 and 1:11.
By chance? I think not.
After I received this second nudge I tuned in and asked for some awareness, What was it that I needed to know?
And I got my answer – how could you doubt us?
They’ll get your attention when they need to – be open to this.
They’ll look after you. Always.
They want to – Don’t take this away from them.
P.S (Mum) The area is totally fine. My flatmate assured me that after 6 years of living here, I have nothing to worry about. Best not to visit the park after dark which I can manage, otherwise I’m ok.
P.P.S I’m back in Clinic November 18th. If you’re after an in person session, get in touch.
