October Retreat, 16th 2 nights. Culburra Beach. Don’t miss out.
Why are retreats so good? Cause we’re invited (forced) to do stuff that’s good for us, that makes us feel good, that reminds us why it’s worth doing good things in the first place.
Like eating wholefoods. Hand on my heart, Sally puts together the most amazing wholefoods. The taste, the nourishment, the variety. I want her to cook for me every day. Her food is made with love and wisdom, no exaggeration, it really, really is.
Restorative Yin Yoga. Stella has this ability to get you where you need to be. She had us in frog (FROG!) at the last retreat and I was cursing as she said ‘roll up your mat, we’re going to do frog’, but somehow, she got us there without me even hating frog! This woman channels from the heart. It’s something to be experienced.
And we’ll have conversations that get you pondering, get you talking, get you shifting. Using kinesiology stuff, coaching stuff, stuff from the soul.
Like I said, we’ll do stuff that’s good for us. And we’ll leave feeling – better. Which is what a retreat is for.
If you know you need to spoil yourself come join us. It’s the perfect Springtime thing to do.
Check out the photos, see if it resonates. It’s a resort style luxury house. It’s really nice.
Details: Friday October 16th, 2 nights. We can help with transport. $799 ($300 non refundable deposit to secure your spot). Hit reply to book your place and receive payment details.
And don’t take our word for it…
“The retreat was one of the best weekends I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, there was an amazing energy between the people – and in the house itself – which only intensified as the weekend went on. It was my first retreat so I really didn’t know what to expect but Clare and Stella were so beautifully authentic, open and honest that everyone else immediately felt that they could be too. The yoga, meditation and kinesiology sessions were so powerful that they were almost magical. And the food. The food was outstanding! Clean, wholesome and delicious. I loved the whole experience so much I’ve already signed up for the next one.” Lorna.
“I went into the retreat a little sceptical and unsure of what to expect. What I got was a life changing moment. Between Stella’s amazing Yoga sessions, Clare’s incredible self-development sessions, Sal’s delicious and oh-so-good for you food, the beautiful location and the perfect group of other retreaters, something happened to change the way I think and feel. I left the retreat with a new outlook on life, ready to kick start my new ventures and really actually believed wholeheartedly in what I was doing. Amazing experience and one not to miss.” Dan.
“I was lucky enough to be part of Clare and Stella’s first retreat, it was a gorgeous experience of relaxation and rejuvenation, just the break I needed. Clare is great at getting people to pause and really take note of the great things that surround us and how to link into the life/ feelings we want to be in tune with and Stella is an incredible yoga instructor that facilitates internal change and acceptance through yin yoga. The weekend was set in an incredible beach side location and catered with nutritious and delish food that warmed the soul and supported the break and changes occurring during the time away! I recommend this retreat away to anyone and will do it again! Thanks ladies.” x Jen.
