Self Love is the bedrock, the foundation, the be all and end all for achieving long lasting peace + happiness (in my opinion). We’ve gotta learn to love ourselves. WE JUST DO. 

WHY? Because life gets better when you do. You, your relationships, your world around you all start to improve and I mean REALLY improve.

It doesn’t matter where you are in your Self Love journey – you could be a baby beginner or someone who has read it all and  experienced it all. I am constantly referring back to these core Self Love principles.  As a result I am supported and empowered to live life the way I choose. My life simply changed when I discovered Self Love.

Here is what you’ll get in our gorgeous e-course:

  • 12 workbooks (your module notes) which are gorgeous and easy-to-print.
  • 12 worksheets (super fun homework) to help you focus and wrap your brain around these new lessons you’ll be learning. Each week for 6 weeks you’ll receive the worksheets (they’re included at the end of the module notes). These workbooks will allow you to apply all the learning, all the love and all the inspiration by taking action and making real, beautiful change. You can complete them in your own time; there’s no rush at all. The course content is yours to keep and go through again whenever you need some extra support.
  • There are 4 professionally filmed videos throughout the course, where I tell you a little bit about my story, and give you additional support and motivation for your journey. In week 3, you’ll watch a video from me where I guide you through EFT, the Emotional Freedom Technique which is guaranteed to help you love yourself just that little bit more
  • Each week you’ll receive a delicious nourishing recipe

Module 1: Self Love & Nourishment

Dive deep into all things self love. You’ll learn what this all-important concept truly means, and what you should be doing with it. You’ll discover what it really means to nourish your body, and why being “perfect” isn’t necessary. You’ll receive some delicious recipes to get you started on your wellness journey.

Module 2: Forgiveness & Cleansing

Week 2 explores the topic of forgiveness and why this is the first step in moving to a place of self love. You’ll look at how to gently cleanse all aspects of your life; physical, emotional and spiritual. You’ll start to ‘de-clutter’ and live a life of health, ease and abundance, while learning how to love yourself just that little bit more.

Module 3: Nourished Beliefs & Nourished Mind

Week 3 kicks off with one of my all time favourite topics – positive thinking and how to work with this on a wholistic level. You’ll also be taken through methods that will not only improve your mood and reduce stress and anxiety, but most importantly support you to create healthy habits that nourish your mind.

Module 4: Acceptance & Healing

This week’s content looks at what it means to truly love and accept yourself. You’ll go on a journey of acknowledging the role your ancestors and DNA play in making you who you are. You’ll make progress on healing your relationship with yourself, and your body image, and learn to accept both the light and dark of your healing journey.

Module 5: Gratitude & Balance

As Oprah says “Gratitude is the greatest spiritual path”. In week 5, we discuss the juicy benefits of being grateful from a scientific perspective, and why they’re the golden ticket for attracting exactly what you desire. For a little more biochemistry,  we discuss all things hormones, and help you on your way to balanced hormones, a balanced body, and therefore a nourished life.

Module 6: Future Love & Nourished Life

In our final week together, you’ll learn what it really means to become your own best friend. You’ll learn to release the judgment and comparison, and instead embrace self-compassion and celebrate the oneness of all.  You’ll become comfortable with giving yourself permission to support and nurture yourself, and learn why this is fundamental to the process of living your loved-up, nourished life.

Self-Love & Nourishment is a 6-week e-course designed to help foster and nurture teens and women’s sense of self love, self compassion and self-esteem, while also promoting optimal mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellness.
